Carl Orrs London Underground, Lazybones Lounge Marickville, 5th Feb 2026

After 28 eventful years in London, guitarist/ composer, Carl Orr is now residing back in Australia in the idyllic foothills of his hometown of Adelaide. Carl has performed and recorded with some of the finest musicians in the world including Billy Cobham, George Duke, Ernie Watts, Randy Brecker, Bennie Maupin, Gary Husband, Don Grusin, the Grigoryan Brothers and pop stars Roisin Murphy and Anastacia. Additionally, Carl held the guitar chair on the 2018 UK tour of Sting’s musical show “The Last Ship”.

Carl performed at London’s prestigious Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club over 300, times where he jammed onstage with the likes of Jacob Collier, Mike Stern, Marcus Miller and Nigel Kennedy.

He was joined for this show by three of Sydney’s finest; virtuoso jazz pianist Matt McMahon, bass master Victor Rounds, and everyone’s favourite drummer, Hamish Stuart.
