A family guitar trio led by one of the world’s finest classical Latin-American avant-garde guitarists, Chilean-born Victor Martinez Parada, Martinez Akustica deliver jazz with flair and passion. Reuniting with sons Andro and Dauno after a ten-year absence, the interplay between the trio – on six-string acoustic and electric guitar and bass and using their instruments as percussion and vocal beat box – is both endearing and awe-inspiring.
