Mike Carr is one of Australia’s most celebrated songwriters and performers. As a songwriter he is right up there with the best, having written and co- written some of the most popular Australian country songs of the past 10 years.

These include THE ANZAC, New England Highway and Get Loud (Adam Brand),Real People (Melinda Schneider), “It don’t buy you love (Mcalister Kemp) just to name a few.He is the winner of 2 Golden Guitar Awards. As an artist,his self titled debut album, released in 2003, yielded the singles While the Wife’s Away, Up on His Shoulders while his follow up album, in 2007”Legend” produced the hit song “She’s Gone”. In 2008 Mike created the comedy character Buddy Goode and was signed to ABC/Universal music.
